Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During promotions, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International

• Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Occasionally, we offer free shipping — this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

📦 Missing or Damaged Packages
We carefully check and package every order. If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
• Email support@mello.nl with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package and topper (if damaged)

Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution or replacement as quickly as possible.
