Welcome to Mello. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

3. Products
Mello sells toppers and related sleep products.

We strive to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, texture, or finish do not entitle the customer to compensation or a return.

4. Prices and Payments

7. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Customers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise legally stipulated).

The product must be returned unused, clean, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Exceptions:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened or used (such as toppers without a protective cover).
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

8. Warranty and Complaints
Mello stands for quality and offers a warranty on manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

9. Liability
Mello is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of use.

Liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the relevant product.

11. Privacy
Mello processes personal data according to the privacy policy.
Data is used solely for processing orders and customer contact.

12. Force Majeure
Mello is not liable for delays or failure to meet obligations due to force majeure, such as:
